ONLINE ASSESSMENT ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

You may order assessments off our website using the following instructions. The order will be fulfilled the following business day via email. This includes passwords to take the assessment online plus instructions. You will receive a copy of the completed assessment results via email as soon as you complete it. Assessment passwords are good for 18 months after date of purchase so order as many as you need for at least a 6 month period.

1. Click on the following link: Member Login
2. Click on the hyperlink in the Order Now section
3. Enter the following password for username and password: businesscoach
4. Enter your company name where required.
5. Select the products you'd like to purchase and your payment method.
6. Enter the first and last name of the card holder and additional details as needed.
7. IMPORTANT: Wait until you are automatically returned from the PayPal site to the Cool Springs Insights website for Order Confirmation or your order will not be fulfilled automatically within minutes. If you forget and exit the site prematurely, contact customerservice@coolspringsinsights.com and let them know so they can manually fulfill your order (manual fulfillment will delay order fulfillment by one business day).

INSTRUCTIONS ON VIEWING & DOWNLOADING REPORT COPIES

Customers (the company order contact person) and the respondent receive a copy of their team member/job candidate's results as soon as they are completed via email. If you've misplaced these report results, you can access your account information online by using the instructions below.

Customers can access their account information (view their password lists and see/download report copies) by clicking on the following hyperlink: Link Login

1. Input the Response Link for your account in RESPONSE LINK-PASSWORD format (Ex: 123456ABC-1234567DEF)
   NOTE: Some customers have more than one response link because they have ordered different types of reports. If you've misplaced this information, you may request it from us at customerservice@coolspringsinsights.com.
2. Input password for your account --> first word in your company name (all lower case)

To download reports:

1. Check the boxes next to the names of the reports you want to download.
2. From the MENU Bar select REPORT
3. From the REPORT drop down menu select: "Send reports to list of addresses"
4. Enter the email address of the person you want to receive the report(s).
5. Click on the black "Send Reports" button. The requested reports should appear within seconds of the request.

1. At the very top left of the page click on the Link tab.
2. On the drop down menu, click on "passwords".
   

INSTRUCTIONS FOR TAKING ONLINE ASSESSMENTS

1. Assign a response link-password to each person who will be completing an assessment.
   This login-password will give participants access to our online assessment center. Each response link-password can only be used once so it's important to record the participant's name beside each password as you use them.
2. Have each team member go to the following website: http://ttisurvey.com
   At the "Respondent Login", participants will be asked to input their response link. Have them type in the response link-password that you assigned to the participant. They will be directed to complete the assessment.
3. When they have completed the assessment(s), the completed report results will be produced and emailed directly to you and the respondent within minutes!
